The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Edcouch is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with LAZCAMREA, LLC d/b/a Fulcrum Consulting Services in the amount of $32,560.00 utilizing CDBG FY’s 23 & 24 (2010 & 2011) Water/Sewer Improvements project.
BACKGROUND
LAZCAMREA, LLC d/b/a Fulcrum Consulting Services submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a water/sewer project within the City of Edcouch. LAZCAMREA, LLC d/b/a Fulcrum Consulting Services was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
