1.  Acceptance and approval for the continuation of the Symantec Backup License support services including agreement as reviewed and approved by legal with Reyna Enterprises Inc. dba CRC through the life term of the program/equipment/software/hardware/maintenance/support services/upgrading/purchases of appurtenances  in place by office/department user; and

2.  Pursuant to the aforementioned, approval to pay in the amount of $1,095.40 for the continuation of one year services thru assigned requisition #247260 including the signing of required documents by County Judge, Court Member.

BACKGROUND

Continuation will take care of the Sheriff's backup support should the system go down.  The Symantec Software System backs up their daily 911 functions/dispatch, records and law records.
