BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on May 14, 2013 and September 3, 2013. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, October 30, 2013.
