The Urban County Program on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 is requesting approval of amendment to the professional service agreement with Hinojosa Engineering, Inc., to increase agreement in the amount of $4,974.00 utilizing CDBG FY (2011) Street Improvements project funds.
BACKGROUND
Hinojosa Engineering submitted amendment #4 to their professional engineering service agreement for Mile 2 (FM 492 to Abram Road) street improvements project. The amendment will allow for the preparation of parcel maps, metes and bounds for the acquisition of right of ways for the street improvements. Property will be donated by the Hidalgo County Irrigation District #6 to Hidalgo County. (Attached for review is amended Professional Services Agreement and Exhibit A-1)

$84,842.16 (2011-STREET IMPROVEMENTS)
