BUDGETARY IMPACT:
Drainage agrees to shred and clean the ditch(es) located in the Right of Way withequipment and labor of Drainage;
County with its equipment and labor will collect all shredded material and debris
resulting from the cleaning of the ditch(es) on the Right of Way and haul such
materials to a disposal area located offsite of such Right of Way.
