Auditor, Ms. Marcela Luna, Dir. of Finance, Mr. Alvaro Chuc, Financial Accounting Supervisor and Ms. Deborah Fischer, Grants Accounting Supervisor; with authority for the County Treasurer to issue check after review, audit, and processing procedures are completed by the County Auditor.
