The Urban County Program is requesting approval of amendment number one (1) to the 3 year Cooperation Agreement with the 18 member cities and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents pertaining to this amendment.

After review by HUD, we were advised to include two additional sentences regarding the Emergency Solutions Grant to Section 1, second paragraph as stated in the enclosed amendment.

County and Cities entered into a three (3) year Cooperation Agreement dated June 3, 2014 in which Cities elected to have its population included in the County’s “Urban County” application to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the twenty eighth (28) , twenty ninth (29), and thirtieth (30) year’s funding for the Community Development Block Grant Program.
