The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for the Professional Appraisal Review Services with HLH Appraisal Services in the amount of $450.00 for each appraisal review report of each parcel (8 parcels) utilizing the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Round 2.1 funds for the Penitas Drain project located within Precinct No. 3.

HLH Appraisal Services was ranked the sole member “qualified” firm by Commissioner’s Court on August 26, 2014. Contract approval in the amount of $450.00 for an estimated total of 8 parcels is being requested for Professional Appraisal Review Services. Legal counsel has approved the contract form as of 04/22/2013. Please note that the number of parcels within this project may vary and are contingent upon any future changes related to the acquisition associated with this project. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
