BACKGROUND
For Precinct 1 - 2012 Bond referendum improvement - 2013 Bond Series; Tedsi's WA 4A on the Monte Cristo Drain Control Structure and WA 4B for the Weslaco North Control Structure - The engineering firm that stamped and prepare the plans for these two projects is Cosecant, LLC - Miguel A. Orozco P.E. and contracted through Le Fevre through Tedsi.
