BACKGROUND
A. PY 2015 CSBG first quarter draw down is $397,190 it provides for the administration and operational support for all grants.
B. PY 2015 CEAP estimated allocation is $3,978,257.00 it provides a 6.25% for administrative expenses based on the overall expended service dollars, all other funds are direct services dollars for energy assistance.
C. Requesting authorization to accept and submit electronic financial and/or programmatic reports/data as required per contract of obligations between CSA and funding sources.
