The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Sullivan City is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with S & B Infrastructure, Ltd. in the amount of $ 38,245.93 utilizing CDBG FY (2013) Street Improvements funds (Solar Street lighting).

BACKGROUND

S & B Infrastructure, Ltd., submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street improvements project calling for the purchase and installation of solar street lights. S & B Infrastructure, Ltd., was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
