Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Elsa is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with RG Enterprises LLC d/b/a G & G Contractors for a Park, Recreational Facility Improvements project in the amount of $170,319.00. Utilizing UCP – City of Elsa Park, Recreational Facility Improvement funds FY 26 (2013).

Jimenez Engineering Solutions, LLC d/b/a International Consulting Engineers, Inc prepared the specification packages and bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Department on January 21, 2015 for the City of Elsa Park, Recreational Facility Improvement project. After review the project engineer recommended RG Enterprises LLC d/b/a G & G Contractors as the lowest of two (2) qualified bidders. (See attached recommendation letter from project engineer, copy of bid tabulation sheet, certificate of insurance and two page contract.)
