Approval to appoint two (2) County Commissioners as members and two (2) County Commissioners as alternates to the Hidalgo County Urban County Advisory Board.
BACKGROUND
According to the approved By-laws in Section 2.6, the two (2) county member representatives and two (2) alternates shall be selected by a resolution approved by the Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court. Each member representative from Commissioners' Court shall be an elected official and have one (1) vote.
Currently serving as members are Commissioner Joe M. Flores and Commissioner Joseph Palacios.
