Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Elsa for the purchase of materials and overlaying of streets in the amount of $432,854.45 utilizing FY 17, 18, 25 & 27 (2004, 2005, 2012 & 2014) UCP Street Improvements funding.

BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement will authorize Precinct No. 1 and the City of Elsa to cooperate in the completion of street improvements to Ricky Crossland St., Oscar Gonzalez St., 6th St, Austin St., Magson St., Hidalgo St. and streets within the same general vicinity of the City of Elsa.
