Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Weslaco is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Saenz Brothers Construction, LLC for the replacement of water and wastewater lines project in the amount of $437,393.00. Utilizing UCP - City of Weslaco Water/Sewer improvement funds FY’s 26 & 27 (2013 & 2014).  

The Urban County Program has requested and received bids for the replacement of water and wastewater lines project. Lefevre Engineering and Management Consulting, LLC, Engineer prepared the specification packages; bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County – Purchasing Department on March 18, 2015. After review the engineer recommended Saenz Brothers Construction, LLC, as the lowest of four (4) qualified bidders.
