4. Approval of salary redistribution of funds as per Exhibit A, effective April 6, 2015.
5. Approval to revise the salary schedule in accordance with Commissioners Court action.

BACKGROUND
Consistent with P.L. 11-235/H.R.83, Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015, this Grant Award document provides additional funding in the amount of $550,621.00. This amount, together with amount equivalent of 19.7% or $135,084.00 of the fiscal year previously made available represent the total FY 2015 budget and spending ceiling for this grant award total of $685,705.00

5-1291-331-10-270-003-5-000 HIDTA Task Force FY15 Revenues
The HIDTA Policy and Budget Guidance states that the fringe benefit pakcage (per employee) should not exceed 30 percent of the salary. Each month a reclassification is done to reclassify unallowed fringes from Fund 1291 into Fund 1251-HIDTA Chapter 59.
The underbudgeted amount for Retirement will be offset with the reclassifications into Fund 1251.
