Approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between The County Of Hidalgo and Hidalgo County Drainage District No. 1 in relation to the Tijerina Rural Drainage Development project.
BACKGROUND
The interlocal agreement written by Steve Crain for the Drainage District was approved and reviewed on March 27, 2015. As for the fiscal impact, there will be no fiscal impact on the County's General Fund as this project is being funded partially by the General Land Office Disaster Recovery Grant ($67,970.00) and the rest is being funded by the Drainage District.
