BACKGROUND
LeFevre Engineering and Management Consulting, LLC has submitted a best and final offer for the management and coordination of the 3 phases of the Delta Area Connector/ East Lateral Project within Precinct No.1. LeFevre Engineering and Management Consulting, LLC was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on March 31, 2015. See attached letter of best and final offer, engineering cost proposal and fee breakdown, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
