Approval of a Resolution authorizing the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program to submit its FY 2015-2016 Annual Action Plan (Year 28) to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents related to funding.
BACKGROUND
The UCP is requesting authorization to submit the Annual Action Plan for the FY 2015-2016 Program Year to HUD. Every year the Urban County Program is required by HUD rules and regulations to submit its annual action plan prior to May 15th.
The Annual Action Plan for Fiscal Year 2015-2016 proposes an overall budget of $ 9,539,049.00
CDBG: $7,313,254.00
HOME: $1,550.040.00
ESG (Emergency Solutions Grant): $ 675,755.00
