Requesting authorization to amend the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) contract with Catholic Charities RGV. The amendment will increase the existing contract amounts. (please see table below).
BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to amend the existing contract with Catholic Charities RGV under the Emergency Solutions Grant Program (ESG) PY 2014. The amended dollar amount will increase the Homeless Prevention, Rapid Re-Housing and Data Collections activities respectively. Thees funds were made available after another (ESG) sub-recipient forfeited their PY 2014 awarded allocations. further, this will increase the scope of work of each activity.
