1. Seven [7] packets requested and distributed;
2. Three [3] vendors attended pre-proposal conference along with Tax Office & Purchasing Staff;
3. Two [2] vendors submitted responses to RFP;
4. Term of the new contract would be for an initial five [5] year term with County sole option to renew for an additional two [2] years.
