Urban County Program is requesting consideration and action to enter into a Funds Disbursing Agreement for the construction contract with Armin Antonio Solis Construction in the amount of $313,466.00.
BACKGROUND
The Maguire Insurance Agency, Inc. will be the underwriting manager for the Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Compancy (PHLY), ensuring Contractor's performance under the contract and payment to subcontractors in order to limit PHLY's exposure under the bonds. The contract with Armin Antonio Solis Construction was approved on April 28, 2015 by Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court.
