1. The responses received to this RFP were evaluated, graded and scored by Precincts Chief of Staffs' and County Judge's - Director or Special Projects: [i.e. E. Reyna, R. Lozano, A. Garza, Jr., D. Villarreal, Jr., J. Ozuna];

4. Term of agreement is for 1 year with HC sole option to renew/extend for 3 additional-1 year terms under the same rates, terms and conditions.
