Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of La Joya in the amount of $396,004.93 for the overlaying of streets utilizing FY 25, 26 & 28 (2012, 2013 & 2015) UCP Street Improvements funding.

BACKGROUND
This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement will authorize Precinct No. 3 and the City of La Joya to collaborate in the completion of street improvements to 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, & 10th Street including but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity in the City of La Joya. (See attached exhibits)
