The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Progreso is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Fulcrum Consulting Services in the amount of $54,600.00 utilizing CDBG FY 25 & 26 (2012 & 2013) Street Improvements funds.
BACKGROUND
Fulcrum Consulting Services submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street improvements project (Baker Drive (From FM 1015 to Catarina St.); Baker Drive (from Arroyo Street to Gonzalez Road) and Miracle Road. Fulcrum Consulting Services was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners’ Court. See attached Best and Final Offer Letter, scope of services, professional service contract and insurance.
