6. La Joya ISD, La Joya H/S Center
7. City of Pharr, Las Milpas I/Pharr H/S Centers
8. Monte Alto ISD, Monte Alto H/S Center
9. City of Progreso, Progreso H/S Center
10. City of San Juan, San Juan I H/S Center
