Authorization and approval to accept the Memorandums of Understanding between the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force and the City of Clarkston Police Department County of Dekalb, Georgia.
BACKGROUND
In July 2015, Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force was assisted by the City of Clarkston Police Department, County of Dekalb, Georgia Task
Force. Their assistance ensured the safety and success of this on going HIDTA investigation.
This on-going investigation had lead to several seizures, which HIDTA has filed under the "Texas Code of Criminal Procedure, Chapter 59.
Forfeiture of Contraband". If awarded, forfeited proceeds will be shared by HIDTA with participating law enforcement agencies.
