The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Peñitas, is requesting consideration and action to award and enter into a construction contract with Jimenez Engineering Solutions dba International Consulting Engineers (ICE) in the amount of $282,436.73. UCP funds in Years 25 & 26 (2012 & 2013) Street Improvement line items will be utilized. 

The bid opening was held on October 28, 2015 and the lowest responsible bidder meeting all specifications and/or requirements and is a Section 3 certified contractor is Jimenez Engineering Solutions dba International Consulting Engineers (ICE). The project is for the re-construction of street improvements in the City of Peñitas. Please see attached letter of recommendation by the project engineer and contractor’s general liability insurance. Project engineering firm is South Texas Infrastructure Group.
