3. Authorization to pay overtime to the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force Criminal Investigators from January 1, 2016 - December 31, 2016 under the US Justice E-Sharing terms and conditions.

The Hidalgo County Personnel Policy Manual stated that "Upon approval of Governing Authority, wages for extra hours or overtime hours may be paid in cash and included in the employee's paycheck for the work period in which the extra hours or overtime hours occurred, in the paycheck following such work period".
