1. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 1 requests approval from Hidalgo County Commissioners' Court to enter into an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the City of Edcouch for the overlaying of streets in the amount of $268,322.20 utilizing FY 27 (2014) UCP Street Improvements funding.

2. Requesting authorization for county judge to sign the required documents.

This Interlocal Cooperation Agreement will authorize Precinct No. 1 and the City of Edcouch to cooperate in the completion of street improvements to Wista Street (From McDaniel to Crenshaw Ave.), Ester Street (From Adkins St. to Crenshaw Ave.), Southern Ave. (From Lackland St. to Railroad St.), Calle Juanita (From SH 107 to Avenida del Sur St.), Gonzalez St. (From Juanita St. to Calle Angelita), Calle Lopez (From Angelita St. to Salazar St.), Gutierres St. (From Llano Grande St. to end of Road), including but not limited to adjacent/abutting streets within the same general vicinity in Edcouch, Texas.
