BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to cancel the exsisting contract with ARISE South Tower under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY 2015. ARISE South Tower is unable to comply with HUD Program rules and regulations, therefore, ARISE South Tower is requesting the cancellation of their (CDBG) PY 2015 award.
