RABA Kistner Consultants, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for construction materials testing services for a street project within the City of Progreso. RABA Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioners’ Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
