BACKGROUND
Flat rate assessments are made against all land in the district for maintenance of district facilities, and is payable in one installment due on or before January 31, 2016. Assessments become delinquent on the first day of the month following due date. Delinquent assessments accrue interest at the rate of 15% per annum from the date payment is due until payment. Attorney fees will be applied on September 1st of the same year.
