Sanitation Program
Approval to amend the Countywide Solid Waste Citizen Collection Station Rules.
BACKGROUND
On July 29, 2014, the Commissioners Court created and approved the Solid Waste Disposal Program for rural and unincorporated residents of Hidalgo County along with its rules.
On December 02, 2014, the rules were amended to include money order as another form of payment.
This amendment is being requested in order for the County to accept checks as an additional form of payment.
