BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to cancel the existing contract with La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE) under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY 2015. La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE) are unable to comply with HUD Program rules and regulations therefore, La Union del Pueblo Entero (LUPE) are requesting the cancellation of their (CDBG) PY 2015 award.
