BACKGROUND
Hidalgo County Urban County Program is requesting authorization to cancel the existing contract with Proyecto Azteca under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) PY 2015. Proyecto Azteca is unable to comply with HUD Program rules and regulations therefore, Proyecto Azteca is requesting the cancellation of their (CDBG) PY 2015 award.
Approval is recommended.
