The Hidalgo County Metropolitan Planning Organization will host the 6th Annual Walk-N-Rolla event on Saturday, April 23 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Edinburg City Hall to promote alternate modes of transportation, such as walking, bicycling, carpooling, and public-transit.
