Project will consist of the purchase and installation of park area lighting , the construction of a Splash Pad water activity area, benches, various play features, a recyclable water pond, other related appurtenances, professional engineering services, advertisement fees, geo-technical and material testing fees, etc. Project is already EA cleared. Location 500 Cenizo Drive, Sullivan City, TX.
