Request approval to increase the 2014 HOME Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) Program agreement between Hidalgo County Urban County Program and Proyecto Azteca by $75,000 and approve the addendum (Right of Exercise) with Proyecto Azteca
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program requested the transfer of funds from the FY 2014 HOME Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Program to the HOME Community Housing Development Organization line item in the amount of $75,000. The UCP is requesting that the FY 2014 CHDO agreement between the UCP and Proyecto Azteca is increased by $75,000. These funds will be utilized for the new construction of single family homes for families already approved and waiting for assistance, thus ensuring commitment of funds in a timely manner.
