BACKGROUND
Approval of this project, contingent upon environmental clearance from the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD), is requested in order to expedite the process in an effort to comply with programmatic requirements regarding the HOME Program. The following family is being recommended for approval to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program:
