Approval to release the County's audited Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), Single Audit, and the Management Letter for the year ended December 31, 2015 prior to acceptance by the Commissioners Court.
BACKGROUND
Copies of the County's CAFR, Single Audit, and Management Letter are not released until they are presented and accepted by the Commissioners Court. However, the Single Audit has not been finalized yet so there is still no scheduled date for acceptance by the Commissioners Court. In the mean time, the County has received requests for the CAFR from Lone Star National Bank in order to renew the Urban County Program Line of Credit and from a grantor agency for monitoring review.
