BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on August 16, 2016. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, September 14, 2016.
