Approval of land acquisition of Parcel #3 & 4 from Mr. Rogelio Rodriguez Lozano in the amount of $17,500.00 for the La Homa Street Improvements Project for the City of Palmview.

Land acquisition to include Parcels #3 & 4, a right-of-way for the La Homa Street Improvements Project, will include funding from the Palmview Street Improvements line items from various UCP-CDBG funding years.
