BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing will be held on November 22, 2016 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements will be met. Hidalgo County Urban County Program has held three (3) Public hearings to receive input on the needs assessment and application to be submitted to the General land Office. No written or oral comments were received.
