The scoring grid for engineering firms for the Sullivan City Drainage Improvements Project was originally presented in Hidalgo County Commissioner’s Court on September 27, 2016 and ranked the following firms, of which S & B Infrastructure Ltd, was ranked No. 1 and Strada Group was ranked No. 2.
