BACKGROUND
Items 1,2 & 3 were changed on agreement.
NAWS is installing sanitary sewer system in each subdivision; County on receipt of funds ($255,800.00) shall overlay roads in subdivision following the installation of sanitary sewer system.
Recorded subdivisions named Isaccs Subdivision located off of Canton Road, LJ Subdivision No. 1 located off of Tower Road and Muniz Subdivision located off of Trenton Road (collectively the “Subdivisions”);
