1. Subject to Compliance with HB 1295, when and if Applicable, the Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Peñitas is requesting approval of a best and final negotiated contract for Construction Material Testing Services with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., in the amount of $22,726.55 utilizing CDBG FY 24, 25 & 26(2011, 2012 & 2013) Street Improvement funds.

2. Approval of Work Authorization No. 1 for Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $22,726.55.

On September 13, 2016, Commissioner’s Court ranked and approved contract negotiations with Raba-Kistner Consultants, Inc., for Professional Service-Construction Material Testing Services. See attached Contract, Exhibits, Certificate of Liability Insurance and Work Authorization No. 1.
