BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held at the Hidalgo Urban County Program Office on March 15, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. to seek the public’s input on the revised Method of Distribution (MOD) for the round 3 Disaster recovery funding from the Texas General Land Office Community Development and Revitalization Program for housing and non-housing. Citizen participation requirements were all met.
