Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Peñitas is requesting approval of Amendment No. 1 to the professional enginerring services contract with South Texas Infrastructure Group, LLC.-Mission, Texas, for the 2015 Peñitas Street Improvement project.
BACKGROUND
The amendment is necessary because a protion of the Mesquite Avenue was extended to complete the street improvements, and a second portion to Pike Avenue was also extended to complete the street improvements. There is an additional charge in the amount of $4,553.60 to the contract amount previously approved. The contract amount approved on October 4, 2016 was in the amount of $29,682.00, for a total contract amount of $34,235.60
