 The Urban County Program is requesting approval of a budget & program amendment for the City of Alton. The proposed amendment is for the Fiscal Years 27 & 29 (2014 & 2016) Work Plans.

BACKGROUND

 A Public Hearing was held on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at 7:30 P.M. at the Alton City Hall and citizen participation requirements have been met. The City of Alton approved the amendment as proposed for funding Years 27 & 29 (2014 & 2016). Surplus funding from the Section 108 Repayment Loan and the Cancelled Senior Services will be transferred into the Fire Station Equipment line item for the purchase of fire fighting equipment. See attached copy of Public Hearing Notice, Sign In Sheet, City Excerpts of Meeting Minutes and Letter of request for approval from the City of Alton.
